✅ Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Items must be in resellable condition
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as oral care, personal items, and perishables) may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
📦 How to Request a Return
- Email sales@vitalsana.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address
- Send the item(s) back using a tracked delivery service
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return postage or provide a free return label
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
❗ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used health and personal care products
- Items not in original packaging
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page
